2pc Hero Cutie Costume

This mini dress Hero costume is made of bright lightweight polyester fabrics. The mini skirt has a slit on one side and is very short, FLIRT ALERT this is a revealing garment. The dress is elasticated at the neckline, the back of the costume has a zip fitted at the bust there is a ribbon lace section where adjustment can be made. The waist belt is low slung and is decorative. Continuing the mini theme the short black cape comes halfway down the back and ties in place with green ribbons.
