Dorothy form the Wizard of Oz is always a cute character, but this costume caught our eye because of the delightful characters on the skirt. The costume is a peasant top dress with 3 character appliques, the pack also includes the lace ruffled headpiece. The characters on the skirt are the lion, tim man and scarecrow these are made of an assortment of fabrics and they add real charm to the garment. We have added a bright petticoat to the costume available separately to give the skirt great movement and volume. FLIRT ALERT this is a revealing garment. Fabrics are listed as 100% polyester, excluding trim.
